Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile-first platforms.
• Conduct UX research (lightweight interviews, competitor audits, usability checks) and translate insights into improvements.
• Build and maintain a component-based design system in Figma for consistency and speed.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation and smooth handoff (specs, states, responsive behavior).
• Partner with marketing and product teams to optimise onboarding and key conversion paths (signup, checkout, KYC, dashboards).
• Iterate designs based on analytics, feedback, and A/B test outcomes.
• Ensure accessibility and UX best practices across all interfaces.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for digital products (portfolio required).
• Strong skills in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems).
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, usability heuristics.
• Experience designing responsive interfaces and complex dashboards.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and work in cross-functional teams.
• English proficiency for daily collaboration with international teams and clients.

Nice to Have

• Experience with fintech products (payments, wallets, onboarding/KYC flows).
• Familiarity with CRO principles and experimentation (A/B testing, funnel thinking).
• Basic understanding of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS, component-based UI).
• Experience collaborating in agile environments (Jira/Trello).
