Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and checklists for web applications and APIs.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across browsers and devices.
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and evidence.
• Collaborate with developers on root-cause analysis and verification of fixes.
• Contribute to test automation for critical flows (smoke/regression suites).
• Validate third-party integrations (payments, analytics, marketing tags, external APIs).
• Support release readiness: pre-release testing, post-release monitoring, and hotfix validation.
• Continuously improve QA processes, reporting quality metrics and risk areas.

Requirements

• Proven experience in QA for web products (manual + basic automation exposure).
• Understanding of SDLC/STLC, bug lifecycle, and QA best practices.
• Experience testing REST APIs (Postman or similar) and working with JSON payloads.
• Familiarity with test case management and issue tracking tools (Jira or similar).
• Basic knowledge of automation frameworks or scripting (e.g., Playwright / Cypress / Selenium).
• Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and proactive communication.
• English proficiency for cross-team work and documentation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with fintech products, payment flows, or compliance-related features.
• CI/CD familiarity and running tests in pipelines.
• Load/performance testing basics (JMeter/k6) or monitoring/log analysis skills.
• Experience with SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
