Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, programmatic).
• Develop and optimize content strategies that strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
• Manage advertising budgets with a focus on ROI and conversion growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to align marketing with product goals.
• Research global market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager).
• Solid understanding of SEO/SEM and content marketing.
• Ability to work with KPIs, track performance, and optimize campaigns.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Creative mindset combined with analytical problem-solving.

• Experience with B2B and fintech marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
• Understanding of brand management and positioning in global markets.
