Responsibilities:

• Identify growth opportunities through behavioral data, user journeys, and performance metrics;

• Work closely with analytics, product, and operations teams to turn insights into measurable improvements;
• Identify friction points and operational bottlenecks that affect conversion, engagement, or retention;
• Build and monitor growth KPIs, reporting frameworks, and experiment results;
• Develop repeatable processes that help successful growth initiatives scale;
• Continuously evaluate performance and recommend improvements based on data and user behavior.
