Growth Manager
We are looking for a growth-focused professional to identify opportunities, test strategies, and drive sustainable platform growth through data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth initiatives across user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetisation
- Analyse user behaviour, conversion funnels, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Design, launch, and evaluate experiments to improve key business outcomes
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and operations teams to implement growth strategies
- Monitor growth KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities that can contribute to long-term platform success
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in growth, product, marketing, or strategy-related roles
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to guide decisions
- Understanding of user acquisition, retention, conversion, and monetisation concepts
- Experience running experiments and measuring their impact
- Proactive mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams
