Responsibilities:

• Monitor community health and user engagement across digital platforms;

• Identify behavioural trends and recommend initiatives to increase engagement and retention;
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and operations teams to improve the community experience;
• Support the implementation and refinement of moderation policies and community guidelines;
• Analyse user feedback and community metrics to identify opportunities for improvement;
• Coordinate community initiatives and help ensure consistent user experiences across platforms.
